Jennie McAlister Vintage Umbrella Parasol – Belinda

One of the unique Jennie McAlister Vintage Collection, the Belinda umbrella / parasol has an intricate and ornate vintage floral design woven into the stunning silky orange / terracotta canopy. But, it’s what’s on the inside that counts! The retro style Belinda umbrella or parasol boasts a luxurious black satin lining, finished with a rich russet brocade edging. This pretty vintage style umbrella features a delicately stitched, brown, faux leather crook (or “J”) handle.

Belinda is made from a coated special water repellent fabric and can be used as either a sun parasol or as a rain umbrella. Dry it properly though before you fold it away.

It has a gold coloured aluminium tip, shaft and spoke tips. Completely waterproof, with our wind-resilience technology built in, despite the delicate, vintage looks, this umbrella features wind resistant Double Dome Technology (essentially one smaller frame above the main one) to create that distinctive pagoda shaped canopy. Belinda is fitted with light and flexible fibreglass spokes that will bend, rather than break, when it gets windy.

The Belinda umbrella / parasol has a canopy span of 95 cm and is 87 cm long.

The photo of this umbrella doesn’t really do it justice. The outer fabric is really very very beautiful and the black inner satin lining makes a striking contrast. The shape of the umbrella is delightful and it also seems to stand up to strong wind – I have used this in rain and also in sun and can thoroughly recommend – I’ve had mine for well over a year and its still going strong. I love it so much that for my birthday my husband has bought me another Of the Jennie McAlister range. I just love the umbrellas you guys are selling Umbrella Heaven – big thank you – so rare to find such good quality and service 10/10 !!!
